Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If you have already made a payment and your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you may receive a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders may not be cancelled if:

  • The order is out for delivery.

  • The product has already been delivered.

Cancellation by Nanabazar
