Pre-Order Policy

At Nanabazar, some products may be offered as Pre-Order items. These are products that are not immediately available for delivery but can be reserved in advance before they arrive in stock.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it becomes available.

Pre-orders help ensure that you receive popular or limited-stock items as soon as they are ready for dispatch.


Product Availability

Pre-order products are subject to availability from our suppliers and producers.

While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, availability cannot always be guaranteed.


Estimated Delivery Time

Each pre-order product may have a different estimated delivery time.

The expected shipping or delivery date will be communicated on the product page or by our customer support team.

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may change due to production, seasonal harvesting, supplier delays, transportation, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Payment

Depending on the product, full payment or partial payment may be required to confirm your pre-order.

Available payment options will be displayed during checkout.


Order Changes

If there are significant changes to the availability, pricing, or delivery schedule of your pre-order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You may then choose to proceed with or cancel your pre-order, subject to our Cancellation Policy.


Cancellation of Pre-Orders

Pre-order cancellation requests may be accepted before the product has been prepared for shipment.

Once the product is ready for dispatch or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please contact our customer support team if you wish to cancel a pre-order.


Delays

Although we work hard to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
