At Nanabazar, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with an exchange whenever eligible.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

  • A product that does not match your order

  • A spoiled or expired product upon delivery

Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our customer support team.


Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product should be unused or only minimally used (where applicable).

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Our team may request photos of the product to help process your exchange request.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We may not be able to exchange products if:

  • The product has been fully consumed or significantly used.

  • The product was damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.

  • The exchange request is made after the eligible period.

  • The item is marked as non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.


Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  1. Our support team will review your request.

  2. The returned product will be inspected, if required.

  3. A replacement product will be arranged, subject to stock availability.

  4. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or provide a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Exchange Shipping

If the exchange is approved due to an error on our part (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Nanabazar will arrange the exchange process.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the exchange request is due to reasons not covered by this policy.
